The goal of Families Reading Around Neighborhoods is to assist families in improving and integrating adult education, early childhood education, parenting, health information, and everyday living skills into a unified family literacy program.

* Provides free HSE- High School Equivalency and ESL classes to Lafayette Parish residents.
* Provides parents with training to enable them to play an instrumental role in their child's education
* Works corroboratively with other school board programs and local agencies.
Other Notes
FRAN Welcomes all families who have children between the ages of birth and 7 years of age. Pregnant Women are also encouraged to attend.
