Project LAUNCH (Linking Actions for Unmet Needs in Children’s Health) is a national initiative that is being piloted in Louisiana. The aim of Project LAUNCH Louisiana is for all children ages 0-8 to reach social, emotional, behavioral, physical, and cognitive milestones.
